It's literally just snake.
Made over the course of like, a day, I needed to stretch my game making muscles and decided I'd make literally just snake. So yeah. You are a snake, you eat food, you get longer, you die when you eat yourself.
Nokia 3310 users eat your heart out.

Pause - Enter

Install instructions
Unzip and open the .exe, it's that .ex-easy!
